Welcome to Providence.
Greetings, traveller. This is the home for Providence, an Alliance Guild of friends in Azeroth, the World of Warcraft, in the lands of the Earthen Ring.
Providence is a different guild. Our philosophy - Relationships build a guild. Our main purpose is to provide company, friendship, and fellowship for one another in our common causes. By taking care of others, we will be taken care of. We treat and give to each other unselfishly, and through giving, we are each taken care of.
We are a mature, clean, casual PVE/light RP guild. We encourage RP in all general chats, though we keep a lighter guild chat. We like to run together, quest together, and will often travel continents just to be by one another's side. We have events both combat and RP related on a weekly or near-weekly basis.
If you have questions or would like to contact us, correspond to any Providence member ingame and have him/her direct you to the nearest officer.

Kel'Thuzad met his end for the first of what is sure to be many times at the hands of Providence! Congratulations to everyone who helped make this possible, learning the fights and working our way through the instance. It was a team effort.   Cawty, 4/14/2009 8:57 AM.
One guardian Frost Wyrm down, the door to Kel'Thuzad is wide open. 
This week saw 3 firsts for Providence 10 man ... The Four Horsemen and Thaddius downed, and our first 4 wing clear.
This means in the near future we will be learning the last 2 bosses in the instance, Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad. For those of you who have not made your Frost Resist gear yet, now is the time to do it. I recommend Boots and Belt as your two pieces.
Through the generosity of your guildmates (Thanks Enokah & Beriah, among others) we have some Eternal Water and Eternal Fire in the guild bank to assist you with this. Everyone should try to have their gear made by next week's lockout (the raid week beginning April 14th). See the thread in forums if you need to locate a crafter for your armor type. |
